Meeting Facilities

When we built the Bear Hotel Artworks Museum, and the newly opened Evergreen Park, we wanted to make sure we were building a community asset. With this in mind, we have made available four unique meeting facilities exclusively for our customers and local non-profit organizations. The Boardroom, the Evergreen Room, the Shield Room and Bigfoot’s House each provide a distinctive backdrop for brainstorming sessions, birthdays, anniversaries, and other private events. There is no charge to Evergreen customers to use these facilities.
